Our Mission
Our mission is simple: provide our clients with products that last a lifetime. To that end, we work hand in hand with architects, designers, and homeowners to intelligently design and build projects with the utmost attention to detail throughout the process.
How we work
- Free Estimates and Value Engineering on Any Size Project: We work with salespeople, architects, and other project representatives to strike the perfect balance between the desired design and required budget.
- Full Set of Shop Drawings for Approval by Project Architects and Designers: Our shop drawings serve the dual purpose of confirming design ideas with our clients and relaying construction techniques to our craftspeople on the shop floor.
- Finish Samples: To ensure our work meets the high expectations of all involved, we submit finish samples for each and every different finish associated with a job.
- Progress Reports: Once a project has gone into production, we keep our immediate clients in the loop with weekly progress photographs and reports.
- Delivery and Installation: Bear Mountain Works is always available to install the projects we build. However, our feelings won't be hurt if our clients choose another installation contractor and we promise to aide anyone collaborating on our jobs with all necessary hardware and documentation to ensure an accurate and efficient installation.
- Project Closeout: Before we consider a project complete, we meet with our clients to review the work and installation. At this time, we provide any applicable warranty information and instructions for future care and maintenance.
